Managing your DanberKidz membership plan is quick and easy through the app. Follow the steps below to view, update, or cancel your subscription.
Viewing Your Membership Plan
- Log in to the DanberKidz App.
- Navigate to the Account Menu.
- Tap on Membership Plan under your profile picture.
- View the details of your current plan, including:
- Plan Type (Parent or Caregiver).
- Billing Frequency (monthly or annual).
- Next Billing Date.
Updating Your Membership Plan
- Go to the Membership Plan section in the Account Menu.
- Tap Change Plan.
- Select the new plan you’d like to switch to.
- For parents, you can choose from available subscription tiers.
- For caregivers, plans are based on active membership options.
- Confirm your selection.
- Your billing cycle will update, and the new plan will take effect at the end of your current cycle.
Cancelling Your Membership Plan
- Access the Membership Plan section in the Account Menu.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- You’ll retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, you won’t be charged for subsequent cycles unless you re-subscribe.
Reactivate Your Membership Plan
- If your plan has been canceled, you can reactivate it by going to the Membership Plan section.
- Tap Renew subscription.
- Select your preferred subscription option and confirm.
Troubleshooting Payment Issues
- If your payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the payment a few times before cancelling your subscription.
- To update your payment method:
- Go to the Payment Settings section in the app.
- Tap Update Payment Method and enter new payment details.
