DanberKidz uses Stripe to manage all payment processing, including tax documentation for caregivers. Here’s how you can easily access your payment and tax information through the platform.
Steps to Access Payment Information
Log In to Your DanberKidz Account
- Open the DanberKidz app and sign in using your verified phone number.
- Navigate to the Account Menu.
Access Your Stripe Dashboard
- From the Account Menu, tap on My Stripe Wallet.
- You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s secure portal.
View Payment Details
- On your Stripe Dashboard, you can:
- Review past payouts.
- Check upcoming payout dates.
- View detailed transaction history, including booking earnings and platform fees deducted.

Steps to Access Tax Information
Log In to Your Stripe Dashboard
- Follow the steps above to access your Stripe Connect account.
Navigate to Tax Documents
- Once in the Stripe Dashboard, locate the Tax Forms section (usually under “Documents” or “Tax Reporting”).
- If you’ve met the threshold for reporting, your tax forms (e.g., 1099 forms for U.S. users) will be available here.
Download Tax Documents
- Select the relevant tax year.
- Download your tax forms in PDF format for your records.
Important Notes
- Tax Threshold: Tax forms are only generated if you meet the IRS reporting threshold. If you don’t meet the threshold, you may still access transaction details for tax filing.
- Update Tax Information: Ensure your tax details (e.g., SSN, EIN) are up-to-date in Stripe to avoid delays in receiving forms.
