When Can You Request a Refund or Dispute a Charge?

  • Refund Requests:

    • Overcharges or billing errors.
    • Booking discrepancies, such as canceled or incomplete bookings.
    • Service not rendered or not meeting expectations.
  • Dispute a Charge:

    • Unauthorized charges.
    • Issues with a caregiver or booking experience.

Steps to Request a Refund or Dispute a Charge

  1. Go to the DanberKidz Support Page

    • Open the DanberKidz app and navigate to the Account Menu.
    • Tap DanberKidz Support to access the support page.
  2. Submit a Support Ticket

    • Tap Submit a Ticket to open the support form.
    • Select Billing and Finance.
    • Under Topic, choose:
      • Refund Requests: For refund requests or billing concerns.
      • Payment Dispute: For booking-related disputes.
  3. Complete the Ticket Form

    • Provide the following details:
      • Booking ID: Found in your booking history.
      • Reason for Refund or Dispute: Be clear and specific.
      • Supporting Documents: Upload screenshots of receipts, charges, or communication related to the issue (if applicable).
  4. Submit the Ticket

    • Review the information for accuracy and tap Submit.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

What Happens Next?

  • Response Time: A representative will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
  • Resolution:
    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • If further details are needed, the support team will contact you via email or in-app messages.
