Providing feedback on your caregiver helps ensure that our service remains high-quality and meets your needs. There are two ways to submit feedback after your booking:
Method 1: Providing Feedback After a Booking
At the end of every completed booking, the app will prompt you with a feedback form. Here’s how you can provide feedback right after your booking:
Step 1: Complete Your Booking
- After the caregiver checks out of the booking, the app will automatically display the feedback form.
Step 2: Rate Your Experience
- The feedback form will ask you to rate your experience on a scale from 1 to 5 stars.
- Choose the number of stars that best represents your experience with the caregiver.
Step 3: Leave a Written Review
- Below the star rating, there will be an option to leave a written review.
- Share any specific comments, concerns, or suggestions you have regarding the caregiver or your experience.
Step 4: Add a Tip (Optional)
- If you’d like to tip the caregiver for their service, you can add a tip directly on this form.
- You can select a preset amount or enter a custom tip amount.
Step 5: Submit Your Feedback
- Once you've rated your experience, written your review, and added a tip (if applicable), tap the Submit button.
- Your feedback will be sent directly to our team, and the caregiver will be notified of your review.
Method 2: Submit a Support Ticket for Feedback or Concerns
If your feedback is not related to a specific booking or you have any concerns you’d like to address privately, you can submit a support ticket. Here’s how:
Step 1: Go to DanberKidz Support
- In the app, navigate to the Account Menu and select DanberKidz Support.
- This will direct you to our support page.
Step 2: Submit a Ticket
- On the support page, tap Submit a Ticket to begin the process of submitting your concern.
Step 3: Choose Parent Support
- After tapping Submit a Ticket, select Parent Support from the available categories.
- This ensures that your feedback or concern is directed to the appropriate team.
Step 4: Select the Topic "Feedback on Caregiver Experience"
- In the next screen, choose the topic Feedback on Caregiver Experience.
- This will ensure that your feedback is specifically directed to the team handling caregiver reviews and concerns.
Step 5: Submit Your Concern
- Fill out the form with your feedback or concern and provide as much detail as possible.
- Once you’ve completed the form, tap Submit to send your ticket to the support team.
Step 6: Await a Response
- Once submitted, our support team will review your feedback and reach out to you for further assistance or clarification if needed.
