What Happens If My Payment Fails?

If payment fails, we will ask you to provide another payment method before confirming your booking. If payment fails when renewing your membership subscription, we will ask you to update your payment method and retry payment a few more times over the course of a few days. If we are unable to collect payment after a few attempts, youre membership may be cancelled until your payment method is updated.
