NOTE: If the incident involves immediate danger or requires urgent attention, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately before reporting to DanberKidz.
Step 1: Gather Information
Before reporting, collect as much information as possible about the incident or concern, including:
- Date, time, and location.
- Names or descriptions of individuals involved (if applicable).
- Details of what happened or the specific safety issue.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos, or screenshots).
Step 2: Choose a Reporting Method
You can report the incident or concern through any of the following methods:
Online Form:
- Visit https://support.danberkidz.com/support/tickets/new
- Choose "Safety and Compliance" as the ticket category.
- Then select "Incident Reporting" from the dropdown options.
- Complete the form, providing all required details.
Email:
- Send an email to safety@danberkidz.com with a clear subject line (e.g., "Incident Report: [Brief Description]").
- Include all relevant information in the email body.
Step 3: Anonymity Options
- If you prefer to remain anonymous, select the "Confident Report: Remain Anonymous" option on the online form or mention it in your email.
- Note: Anonymous reports may limit our ability to investigate thoroughly.
Step 4: Follow-Up (Optional)
- Once your report is received, you may be contacted for additional details.
- You can request updates on the status of your report by emailing safety@danberkidz.com or referencing your report number.
