How to Access Skill-Building Resources

DanberKidz provides caregivers with skill-building resources to help enhance their caregiving expertise and deliver exceptional care. Follow these steps to access these resources:


Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  • Open the DanberKidz app and log in using your phone number and OTP verification.

Step 2: Navigate to the Resources Section

  • Tap on the Account Menu in the bottom-right corner of the app.
  • Select Skill-Building Resources from the menu options.

Step 3: Explore Available Resources

  • Browse through a variety of categories, such as:
    • Childcare Basics: Articles, videos, and guides covering foundational caregiving skills.
    • Behavior Management: Strategies for handling challenging behaviors.
    • CPR & First Aid: Tutorials and certification links for emergency preparedness.
    • Special Needs Support: Insights into working with children who have specific needs.

Step 4: Download or Save Content

  • Tap on any resource to view its details.
  • Download PDFs, save articles for offline viewing, or bookmark videos for quick access later.

Step 5: Complete Courses (If Available)

  • Some resources may include interactive courses or assessments.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete these courses and track your progress.

Step 6: Check for Updates

  • The skill building resource library is updated regularly, so check back often for new material.
  • Notifications about new resources will appear in your Inbox or on the app’s home screen.

Step 7: Contact Support for Assistance

  • If you encounter issues accessing resources or have suggestions about resources we can add to benefit caregivers, let us know by submitting a support ticket
